Delivery time depends on the price you paid, because the price reflects how much work the file still needs.

$100.00 and up — the magazine hasn't been digitized and we don't hold a hardcopy. We procure a physical copy from our supplier and digitize it ourselves, which is what the price covers. Expect roughly 4 weeks.

$49.99 – $99.99 — we have the hardcopy in stock but it hasn't been digitized yet. Expect roughly 48 hours.

Under $49.99 — the file already exists and is available right away.

Once a magazine in the $49.99–$99.99 range is bought for the first time, the price drops to $19.98, because the labour-intensive part is done. That premium buys you first access to a copy that didn't exist before — and it destroys a physical magazine to create it.

We sell digital magazines only, so there is nothing to ship back. If a file turns out to be corrupted and we can't repair it, we'll refund you. In practice this has never happened.

Digital is all we sell. Every title in our catalogue is a digital download — nothing is shipped.
